Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
All our goods are dispatched as soon as the payment is cleared in our account and transit time normally will take 2-5 working days, however it all depends on where you live:-

All deliveries are to the Front Door / INSIDE GARAGE ONLY & for the High Rise Apartment ONLY deliver to the ground floor. 

Delivery drivers do not take the goods inside the house, upstairs, placement or removal of packaging.

•  We include all of the shipping and handling costs in our postage rates.
•  Our products are securely packed with care and are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne.
•  We post our products within 3 working days after payment is cleared in our accounts.
•  Remember to leave us your contact number, item can’t be dispatched if you don’t supply us a daytime contact no.
•  Your item will be delivered to the address specified on the order/invoice, unless advised otherwise.
•  If this is not the address that you wish your item to be delivered to, please advise prior to payment. Failure to do so it will incur            extra charge to rearrange to another address.
•  We cannot advise on a specific delivery time, so if you are not at home when the item is delivered the courier will leave a card and       please take note extra charge may incur for re-delivery.

DISPATCHED:
After dispatch, we will provide courier company detail and consignment number by email and you can keep track of your parcel online. If you find the carton box is damaged or you think the product maybe damage please open up the box to check to make sure goods inside are in good condition before you sign the consignment note. If products unfortunately got damage please still sign on it and write the damage box number and give description of damage parts on the consignment note. Please inform us by email to customerservice@yesfurnitureonline.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. It is important that you open the goods within 48 hours as we will be unable to accept any insurance claims after that time frame.

Above courier service is through Hunter Express normal courier service.

OPTIONAL – PREMIUM COURIER SERVICE WITH EXTRA $20 CHARGES:-

  • This is premium home delivery through Hunter Express courier.
  • Hunter Express will keep updated once the items have scanned into system in the nearest depot.
  • An email or SMS will be notified via the link from Hunter Express system allowing End User to log in and select suitable delivery times during business hours and days only.
  • Avoid re-delivery fees.
  • This premium service will incur another extra $20 courier fee. If you choose this Premium Courier Service please let us know before you make payment and we will send you correct invoice amount to pay.
